I bought a plugin but never got my license key — what do I do?+
Check your spam folder first — Lemon Squeezy sends keys instantly by email. Still nothing after 30 minutes? Email us with the order email or receipt number and we'll sort it out.
How do I get a refund?+
Every Nova plugin has a 14-day no-questions refund, handled directly through Lemon Squeezy's checkout receipt email. If you'd rather go through us, just email the address below.
I installed the plugin but it's not showing up in Resolve.+
Restart DaVinci Resolve after installing — scripts only get picked up on launch. Still missing? Check Workspace → Scripts → Utility for the plugin name, and email us your macOS and Resolve version if it's still not there.
Can I use my licence on more than one computer?+
Yes — activations are unlimited. Install on as many machines as you like and paste the same licence key. Nothing to deactivate, nothing to free up.
I've lost my licence key.+
Check your original receipt email from Lemon Squeezy, or open your customer portal from the link in it. Still stuck? Email us the order details and we'll resend it.
Do you provide invoices for business purchases?+
Yes — Lemon Squeezy generates one automatically with every purchase, available from your customer portal. Need something reformatted for your accounting? Email us.
Can I request a feature or a new plugin idea?+
Always. The roadmap is genuinely shaped by what people ask for — email us or mention it when you reach out about anything else.
